Does christianity teach absolute morality?

Christianity does teach the difference between sinful behavior and fruitful (good) behavior. There are some gray areas however that the Bible does not address directly, but can still be useful in finding the greater good in a situation. There are certain extreme situations that I think one would have to make a choice that may seem to go against the Bible in order to save someone or many people. This is the view of a consequentialist. The ends justify the means, but only in extremely exceptional situations. This is just my view, however, the Bible doesn’t teach that directly.
