Does Chloroform Really Knock U 0UT?
Yes chloroform will “knock you out” if you breath lots of it in. It used to be used a an anesthetic. In classrooms back in the day before health and safety, as a demonstation to the class, teachers used to actaully put a bit of cholorofrom on some cloth and let one or two students put it over there nose and mouth and breath in enough to make them pass out. As for how long it take i’m not sure. I guess just a few lung fulls of nothing but chloroform will do it.
