For all its power, it has many limits … • The User must be able to experience the illusion. A blind User can still create a visible illusion in full color, but only if she experiences the illusion with one of her other senses (touch, smell, sound, etc.). • While a User could possibly create an illusion purely from imagination, he can not correctly re-create something he knows nothing about. Giving the User a verbal description of a bywer bird as being a sort of green canary with long legs, isn’t going to give him the power to create an illusion of a bywer bird, although the green canary with long legs might fool some else who has never seen one before. • The User externalizes the illusion, giving it physical form. Not only is the illusion seen by the target, it can be seen, felt and/or heard by everyone. This also means the illusion must be fully constructed before manifesting.
