Does Child Benefit need to be declared on EMA application forms?

I think it’s assumed that the EMA people are already aware of the “Child Benefit, it isn’t to my recollection even mentioned on the EMA form. Our form has been sent back and I’m not worried, if anything is wrong then I am sure they will let us know PDQ.
