I know that sounds a little stupid, but I have heard that really thoroughly chewing a piece of gum once a day (until it tastes like rubber and is too hard to chew) helps work out your chin and neck muscles. I have a full, round face, but I do not want to have chin/neck fat. By that I mean the turkey waddle double chin that some obese or old people get. Does gum chewing help firm up the area? If it doesn’t, do any of you know any exercises that do? Chewing exercises the jaw muscles, which may make your jaw line look more toned. You can’t ’spot-reduce’ fat.
