Does chewing gum help to reduce the fat in the cheeks?
Unfortunately, you can’t spot reduce body fat. This basically means that you can’t really reduce fat in one area of your body through exercise. Most people claim that the fat in their face is the first place that they begin to lose fat, so chin up (no pun intended)! You can, however, strengthen the muscles in the face, but it won’t help you lose fat there. Go on a healthy diet and exercise plan, and maybe even do some of Jack Lalanne’s Facial Exercises!
