Chessmaster 8000 does not officially support Windows 2000 or Windows NT, and it has been thoroughly tested only for Windows 95/98. There are only a few Windows 2000/NT specific problems that have been reported, and all of them have been addressed in the patch. However, once again, it must be said that, OFFICIALLY, Chessmaster 8000 does not support Windows 2000/NT.
