Does CheapCaribbean.com price match both pre and post-booking?
No, they do not really. i recently booked a trip with them and found the same exact trip for $850 less the same day. I contacted them immediately and followed their instructions exactly. They rejected my claim and i sent them further proof and they rejected it again and offered me a full refund to make me go away. because of the stall tactics of the Cheapcaribbean reps, the deal I found expired. I was clearly within their guidelines and they would not specifiy what further proof they would need they simply said they will not match the price. I booked with hotels.com who were more than helpful and cheaper.
Yes! We will price match against other companies before you book and up to 48 hours after you booked your trip. After 48 hours, we cannot price match because flight costs and resort prices are constantly in flux. In order to protect you from a price increase, the resort is confirmed and flights are ticketed and paid for as soon as a reservation is completed.
