Does Charles Levering still investigate termite damage claims for Orkin? We are not using Mr. Levering for repairs on any new termite damage claims. So as not to inconvenience our customers, we did allow him to complete a few repair jobs in the early part of this year that had been underway for some time. Obviously, Mr. Levering is required to follow all of Orkins policies regarding building permits. Mr. Levering did not perform any repairs at the Blacks home. What, if anything, is being done to contact homeowners who have had termite repairs done by Orkin and its subcontractors which did not have the proper permits pulled?
