A. No, Channel Trade sells products that are new factory sealed retail products with full manufacturer warrantees. One way that we are able to pass substantial discounts on to our customers is that we do not provide extended product warrantee or technical support, instead we let the manufacturers provide those services. Ultimately, this allows our customers to benefit from our much lower cost structure.
