Does changing a Quarantine Central password affect logging in to the email account as well?
This depends on which Electric Mail services have been subscribed to, and how the account is set up: • MailSMART customers (POP, webmail, IMAP) Password change changes email login. Forwarding accounts’ passwords are also changed. • Relay/Interconnect/hosted MS Exchange customers (customer has own email server) Password change affects Quarantine Central only (no synchronization). Relay customers set up with one-to-one forwarding: the forwarding account’s password will be changed as well. This typically does not matter as the end user never needs the one-to-one forwarding password. • ContinuitySMART (customer has own email server and hosted accounts) Password change affects hosted account and Quarantine Central login only.
