No—Centrex IP is an evolutionary service created to enhance your current product rather than replace it. In fact, both Centrex IP and classic Centrex can be delivered side-by-side with complete interoperability and transparency to the user. Although Centrex IP can exist as a stand-alone solution, it can be provisioned alongside TDM-based (classic) Centrex in the same user group. Just like classic Centrex, the SuperNode can handle from one to 50,000 Centrex IP lines.
