Does Central Pennsylvania Physicians pay for hearing costs that arise out of Medical Licensing Board hearings?
Yes. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy, Central Pennsylvania Physicians will reimburse hearing costs for physicians scheduled under the policy for actions arising out of the providing or failure to provide professional services that would have been covered under the policy. The reimbursement is $10,000 per any one hearing, and $30,000 in aggregate.
