No, Cecil County does not put fluoride in the water it produces, however United Water of Delaware does put fluoride in it’s water, and sense Cecil County purchases water from United Water of Delaware and mixes it with water produced from the Meadowview wells, water in the Meadowview/Highlands system will contain low levels of fluoride.
