Yes. In Windows CE version 2.1, we’ve added Soft Input Panel (SIP) technology. This is based on the Microsoft Palm-size PC SIP/IM technology but has been modified to make it more generic and useful to a wider variety of products. This technology was developed mainly to support keyboard-less devices and provide a common interface for ISVs on all Windows CE platforms.
