Yes it does – .Net 2.0 must be installed on your computer prior to running CE-Secure. If installing CE-Secure from a CD, the installation procedure will test to see if .Net 2.0 is installed. If required, .Net 2.0 will be installed from the installation CD. If you have downloaded CE-Secure, you will be pointed to a link on the Microsoft website from which you can download .Net. This is a trusted application and is provided free of charge by Microsoft.
