CDI provides this optional service to our students for a discounted fee of $35–it is optional because parents and students, with enough forethought and preparation, can schedule this free test through the DMV. Parents/Students that take the test through the DMV should consult the DMV website for vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements. If their vehicle does not meet the DMV requirements, the student will not be allowed to take their test and must reschedule with the DMV.
