Does CCYC provide a safe working environment?
Yes, safety is our #1 priority here at CCYC. We focus heavily on risk management on a daily basis including stretch & safety circles conducted every morning. CCYC provides all employees with all of the proper safety equipment and all the proper training to be safe while here with CCYC. If there is an incident, CCYC has all plans in place and first aid kits to get an injured person stabilized and out of the field to the nearest hospital immediately. Because we focus so much on risk management on a daily basis, we have had very few injuries over the years and the majority of those injuries have been minor.
