There are no refunds for situations where the client does not answer the telephone at the time of the appointment, or the clients telephone is not in working order. If a client is not available for an appointment and does not call to cancel the appointment within a 12-hour period, the client will not receive a refund for the scheduled appointment There are no prorated refunds if the client feels the need to end a telephone session before the end of the scheduled 55-minute appointment or if the client is interrupted during the appointment. While telephone counseling may occur when the client is at home, in the office, or any where that the client can participate in full privacy.
