Does Catalyst only release vegan straight edge bands?
Although we have released a lot of vegan straight edge bands, Catalyst has released bands that are not all vegan (Extinction, Contempt, Horizon and Birthright were not 100% vegan bands at the time of the releases on Catalyst, even though the majority of the members were). But we do prefer to release bands that are both vegan and straight edge, because these are part of the ideals that the label represents. Catalyst was started as a straight edge label, and will always be a label that releases bands that are straight edge, or are committed to living a drug-free lifestyle.
