DOES CASA LATINO OFFER EXCLUSIVE TERRITORIES?
Yes. CASA LATINO knows it is important to recognize established client relationships. As such, we typically award territories with a minimum of a two mile radius, except in very densly populated and diverse communities. In many cases the protected territory will actually span many miles and will encompass certain real estate related boundaries such as MLS territory, zones, counties, etc. We determine exclusive territories on a case by case basis, dependant mostly upon the market. Once we have agreed on the territory for your office, you have the peace of mind, that CASA LATINO cannot award another CASA LATINO location in your territory for the term of your Franchise Agreement.
