Yes, CAPCCAT does assess the complianc status of the substance under the US Toxic Substances Control Act by screening the TSCA Inventory automatically, every time a search is conducted. CAPCCAT does not currently assess the compliance status of the substance in any other international jurisdictions. However, we have provided links to the Australian and European databases with CAPCCAT for your ease of reference. In addition, we are always looking for ways to improve the value that CAPCCAT provides.
