Does Canisius award credit for AP courses or courses taken at other colleges?
Canisius College awards course credit for AP courses taken in high school. In order to receive credit for an AP course, students should have their official score reports sent from the College Board to Canisius College. The score required to qualify for Canisius course credit varies depending upon the subject. Click here for the current equivalencies. Canisius College will award either direct credit or free elective credit for courses taken at other colleges. The student should have an official transcript sent from the other college to Canisius. The student must have achieved a C or better in order to qualify for credit.
