Does Canadian Blood Services coordinate donor recognition programs?
Yes, Canadian Blood Services is committed to recognizing donors at various milestone donation levels. Whether a donor is giving for his/her first time, making a 10th donation, or is a long term donor reaching the 100th donation level, we want all donors to know how important they are. Recognition items may be given to donors at clinics while an awards ceremony may be scheduled at some of Canadian Blood Services’ permanent or fixed locations. Regardless of how many donations an individual has made, every donation can make a difference to up to four Canadians.
