Really I see enough snow in the winter. I do not need or want it in the summer. i did see artificial snow in the summer a few years ago, way downtown. They needed it for a movie shoot.

No. It’s too hot during the summer months for the snow to stay. Artificial snow melts when the temperature is above freezing. Artificial snow is made by blowing water from hoses when temperatures are below freezing (it’s a bit more complicated, but that’s what it looks like!).
