No, the software does not manage your database in this way. The correct way to manage duplicates is to make sure they don’t get added to your email list in the first place. Your website’s email subscription process, for example, should disallow duplicate subscribes. If you need to “clean” your email list and remove duplicates, you’ll need to check with your database administrator or, if you’re using MS Access, run a wizard that will do the job for you.
