Does Calilaw Judgment Recovery have a track record of success?

Yes! The vast majority of judgments assigned to us are recovered in full. Occasionally, where circumstances warrant it, we may agree to settle a case for less than the full judgment amount. These cases are limited to those where a bankruptcy is imminent, or the judgment debtor will otherwise become “judgment proof” in the near future (in other words, the debtor is – or soon will be – without attachable assets). Recovering something is always better than recovering nothing. A small minority of cases are simply not recoverable. But we do a good job of screening these cases out before we accept an assignment. If we accept assignment of your case, it is because we believe there is a high probability of a full recovery.
