As Indianapolis Colts Coach Tony Dungy prepares to announce a decision about whether he will retire, it is intriguing that Colts quarterbacks coach Jim Caldwell has dropped off the radar for other head coaching vacancies around the league. Caldwell once was viewed as a top candidate in Atlanta and Baltimore. But the Ravens are trying to hire Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett and appear to have Philadelphia Eagles secondary coach John Harbaugh as their fallback choice. The Falcons seem to be focusing on Garrett and Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan.
