Once your menu has been determined and our estimate approved by you, a 10% deposit is required to confirm your event. Changes may be made up to 7 days prior to the event and your deposit is fully refundable up to this point. Q: Are heaters allowed in the courtyard and does Cafe Hidalgo provide them? A: Heaters are permitted in the courtyard area as long as they comply with City of Fullerton Open Flame Guidelines.
