Does CA40 stay in suspension in the fuel, or will it settle in the tank?

The product needs to be shaken prior to applying to the fuel, however once it is in the fuel, it is in rock solid suspension. CMH Industries has a quart of diesel that has a full once of CA40 in it which has remained in suspension for three years. CA40 is not a fuel stabilizer or anti-gelling agent.
