Does C-Pen 20 work under Windows Vista?
All C-Pen 20 will work under Windows Vista 32-bit. Latest version of the software is available here. Windows Vista 64-bit is only supported if you have a black C-Pen 20 from C Technologies. Gray/beige C-Pen 20 does not work on Vista 64. ——————————————————————————– The C-Pen 20 tray icon reports that the C-Pen isn’t connected. There is no light at the tip of the pen when scanning. First make sure to connect the pen to the main USB of the PC, rather than a front-USB or a USB-hub. For the C-Pen to work properly, the correct driver must be installed. When installing the C-Pen program, the drivers are installed on your hard drive. We recommend that you install the latest version of the C-Pen 20 program available at our download page.
