Does Buz work with the new Adobe Premiere 5.0?
Yes, but it has several serious problems. I’m still looking for feedback on how common these problems are, and what other people’s experiences have been with Buz and Premiere 5.0. Here is an initial listing of primarily my own results. Disable DirectShow! First things first.. Disable Premiere’s use of Microsoft DirectShow. Simply put, DirectShow is not ready for prime-time. It crashes very often, and rarely works correctly at all. Fortunately, it’s very easy to configure Premiere 5.0 to avoid the use of DirectShow.
