Yes, BusySync supports Google Sync for iPhone. Any events you create in iCal will be synced to Google Calendar with BusySync and from there they will sync to your iPhone wirelessly with Google Sync for iPhone. Likewise, any events you create on your iPhone will sync to Google Calendar via Google Sync for iPhone, and then BusySync will sync them to iCal.
