I have been on suboxone for about 2 months now and I get tested rather regularly. I have to give at least one urine analysis a week and some weeks I have to give 3 or 4. I have never come up positive for anything and I am giving my UA’s at a lab, not just some crappy dip stick test. So I can 99% positively tell you that buprenorphine does not give a false positive for any drug.
