Does BT NetProtect work over both Narrowband and Broadband?
BT NetProtect service works with both narrowband (dial-up) and Broadband access methods. Once you have subscribed to the service and downloaded the software, BT NetProtect runs in the background on your PC. It only needs to access the web to receive updates on viruses and hacking codes; it will do this whenever you connect to the Internet, but requires very little bandwidth to do so and it will normally perform this task without interfering with your PC activity.
