Does BSCoE expect all engagements to involve large projects and to result in a Local CoE being created?
No. We understand how difficult it is to find the time to spare when you are working with a limited number of team members. Many of our engagements involve teams made up of two to five people. Those two to five people will never have the time to dedicate to becoming a Local CoE. All of the services BSCoE offers are engineered to result in higher efficiency and better quality, and in the end they should allow teams to get more done with less effort. Every engagement and team can benefit, no matter what size they are.
