Yes, Broadvox supports CNAM on both the outbound and inbound directions on the customer’s Billing Telephone Number (BTN). Customers must contact the Broadvox LNP department to have their outbound CNAM set to their desired name. Inbound CNAM on their BTN should work automatically. The name will be contained in the Display Name portion of the From header in the SIP signaling.
