We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Brilliant Earth offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our fine jewelry. If you experience a defect with your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you to contact us so we may evaluate your piece. If your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, Brilliant Earth will repair or replace the item without charge. This warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical abuse, loss of precious stones and theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Brilliant Earth will void this warranty. In situations not related to manufacturing defects, we always encourage purchase of independent insurance of your jewelry.
