Does BREW Midwest adopt to families with young children?
Approval as an adopter, when one has children under the age of 6, is done on a case by case basis, especially if the adopter is interested in a puppy. Families with young children need to read about the beagle personality and beagle behavior so as to understand the pros and cons to having a beagle with very young children. Only those beagles that are known to be child-friendly are adopted to families with young children. The Co-Directors and Adoption Coordinator will recommend those beagles that they feel are an appropriate match for the family.
