Does BreezePlay have the ability to access and control devices connected to my touch panel?
BreezePlay’s servers automatically manage the devices controlled by the touch panel (thermostats, etc) as part of the energy management program set up with the client. The only other circumstances where a device is controlled outside the premises would be when the user accesses their panel via the commercial web interface, or if the touch panel is installed by a utility as part of an energy demand management program (which requires authorization from the customer).
