What I do know is that if a person who has been convicted of a felony, has done their time and served their debt to society, and would look upon themselves as being a “former felon” rather than someone who will be judged forever based upon the worst thing that they ever did and not for the good they did in the past or might do in the future, they might stand a better chance at getting a job somewhere. How a person gets a job is that they prove that they are the best person for the position based upon his or her ability to do the job and how he or she will serve the needs of the company for whom he or she might work the best and stand out as the best as compared to others who might also be applying for the position.
