Does Bodhi Global have a conflicts system in place?
Yes. Bodhi Global maintains a comprehensive computer data base to ensure that conflict checks are done prior to accepting clients’ work. We keep a list of the clients for whom our attorneys have worked, as well as a list of Bodhi Global clients. Because of our relationship with AZB & Partners, we also have AZB run a conflicts check.
