They report on the monthly IRS Revenue Ruling establishing the various prescribed rates for federal income tax purposes before it is published in the Internal Revenue Bulletin. In addition, this information is published within the Table, Charts and Lists section on the BNA Tax and Accounting Center (both CD & Web) .
