Does blue hair dye come out a nasty green color?
I have some friends who actually did manage to get a true blue, but they both bleached their hair white first, not blond, WHITE. And make sure you treat your hair after to make sure the blue stays in because it fades fast. You can also use a temporary dye instead (colored henna is good, 2-3 weeks, but you’ll still need to bleach first) if your mom isn’t sure. If it works she’ll let you get it for real and you can always use the temporary stuff to touch up.
