Does bleach / peroxide dye dark hair blonde?
Peroxide that you use for cuts is different then the kind in developer for hair dye. It will lighten your hair some but you won’t get a constant color and it will dry your hair out. I don’t know what glass glow is but if it is made to lighten hair then it should work. Just make sure you know what you are using and how it will work or you could end up with a color that isn’t what you want.
