Does black magic exist?

I do not believe that magic has a color. “White” magic is supposedly good magic – that used to help or heal. “Black” magic is supposedly bad magic – that used to gain at the expense of others. Magic is a force. A good analogy is electricity. Is there “good” electricity? Is there “bad” electricity? In short, is electricity either inherently good or intrinsically evil? No. There are good USES of electricity (medical equipment) and bad USES of electricity (electrocution). This brings us back to intent. It is the magician/witch’s intention that is good or bad. The magic itself is neither. On a side note, I do not associate black with evil or “bad.” I associate it with night, with rest, with the Womb of the Mother, with the receptive side of polarity (black being the result of a material absorbing all visible light waves and reflecting none), and with endings. The idea of black is bad and white is good is a product of good vs. evil dualism, which is not part of Wiccan theology.
