Does black eyeliner look too harsh on fair skinned women??
Black eyeliner, especially liquid eyeliner, can be hard to apply if you don’t have skills applying makeup. It’s not like applying some lipstick or mascara, it’s a bit more difficult. So because of that, a lot of women put on cheap black eyeliner thickly and badly, and it looks tacky. On fair women it’s especially noticeable because of the contrast. But no, I don’t think it looks harsh if it’s applied correctly. Though on a blonde, fair skinned woman I’d say brown may be more flattering.
