At this time we are only able to support a maximum of 500 users. Searching units with firmware 7.40 or below will only carry 200 templates. The VeriAdmin software version 5.50 with firmware version 7.50 is necessary for expanding the capacity to 500 templates. This update is available in the download section. It is important to note that any users enrolled prior to this update will require re-enrollment for compatibility with the updated 1:500 algorithm. Likewise, any templates enrolled under 1:500 would need to be re-enrolled if downgrading to the 1:200 algorithm under firmware 7.40 or below.
