BioModels Database provides graphical representations of the models in various formats. Due to workforce limitations, and the volume of work that generating SBGN exports would necessitate, while the layout of these maps is reminiscent of SBGN, it is not currently fully compliant with the specification of SBGN Process Diagrams Level 1 Version 1. However, the BioModels.net team has been involved in SBGN development since it’s inception, and is fully committed to support it as much, and as quickly, as possible.
