don’t use it on your face, as the cause of pimples is excess oil produced by the skin the last thing you want to do is apply oil to your pours, if there on your body then i would apply it or just don’t worry about them but as there on your face im guessing oil may result in more pimples which may scar, pimple scars/chicken pox scars are hard to treat, bio oil wont get rid of them but it will heal the appearance but if it results in more pimples then you may end up worse then before
